With all due respect, they are not being faithful to anyone.

Why do so many people on HC love to fantasise over nonsense analysis, whilst completely ignoring the facts.

The fact is they have undertaken to produce a fully transferrable production process on IMEC (industry) equipment at the MB chip level AND in doing so build a data set that is considered reliable within the industry, so potential acquirers can make informed decisions. Right now, they are yet to complete this task.

Every hypothesis that does not take this milestone into account, which they have been pursuing for almost 4 years, is simply wrong.

This is all plain as day in the company's announcements. Right now, most of the LTHs that are literate and able to comprehend the KISS announcements from the company are expecting them to have completed this milestone. Hence the 12 months passed for the platform lot which is to include full control logic (again from the coys own announcements).

How interested will the industry be? Will the coy be acquired and if so, how quickly? What will it sell for? All these answers hinge on the data set and transferrable production process they have set out to produce with IMEC.
