On 30 November 2020, the Company issued Drs. Wilbert 20,000,000 unlisted options exercisable at $0.064 each, expiring 29
November 2025, with 5,000,000 vesting following the completion of 6 months service to the Company and the remaining
15,000,000 options vesting quarterly over the following 10 quarters subject to the holder continuing to remain a Director of
the Company.

What's the point of your question?

Wilberts options IMO are the most significant 5m vested ??? June ??? 2021 with 1.5m each quarter after that.

I expect it's nothing more than a line in the sand for a deal ... he gets $X-0.064 times 20 million for whatever the $X is agreed in the buy-out price.

BUT he could convert/sell some now I expect.
