I think it's just patient buyers - they know that any announcement that is not a definitive, "We've sold this" or "This works like a dream" will spook nervous holders into offloading their shares. I can only surmise that people are reading the options exercise announcement and crapping themselves over it, that somehow it's someone on the inside selling out.

over 4.5 mill traded and only half a cent down - someone(s) are reloading that buy line at 14.5 cents. More shares have been traded than options were exercised!
