Agree. While they have said that timelines have not changed:
1. Timelines and associated goals are vague enough to give ample wiggle room.
2. What they say and what they do can be completely different. How many times now have we heard no more CR etc etc. Just because they say it, doesn't mean they believe it.
Not downramping but to me past performance is a good indicator of future performance...while milestones are normally hit, what's not as transparent is the 10 new milestones behind that one and thus the continual carrot dangling.
