I’m not sure the share price is meaningful in any sense
( other than if you want to buy more shares) . IMO it will have little to no bearing on the final sale price.
In the end, if 4DS is sold it will be sold to whoever comes up with the biggest number. Whatever that number is, it will undoubtedly represent its true market value at that time. This is because I expect there to be some strong competition between the big players, who will all want to own it OR stop someone
else owning it.
