They don't just need to show progress, they need to show progress versus the plan.
They do make positive announcements and they are making progress but I have no idea whether they are at step 98 out of 100 or step 28 out of 100.
I'm not even looking for dates, just an idea of how far they are down the road and how much more road is left.
