Given the directors likely know much more detail around the tech specs and industry interest, and then intentionally do not release it to market under the guise of NDA....I dont see how any trade they do couldn't be based on inside information.

They intentionally tell us less than they know, year after year...and shield behind NDA and protecting strategic interests.

But there is little to be done other than accept we are merely the ATM when funds run low.

This is all getting a little tiring...but I think for a realistic timeframe we need only look at the Drs options expiration...that tells me more than any red herring or carrot dangling by the co.
