Attention chairman and CEO: a director at last year's AGM made statements to many shareholders present that 4ds tech is sellable right now and that in fact 4ds had much unsolicited interest (indicating interest in acquiring the tech). Is this statement supported by yourselves? Would minutes of board minutes and company records support this? If not, why not, and what will you do to address this commentary.

Under what credible circumstances do you see the royalty claim being initiated with imec, given the development steps and outlayed agreement timeline with imec?

In previous announcements there was mention of WD having strategic input. What was this input and how does this relate to the undefined scm market comment?

What do 4ds believe to be their disclosure obligations to shareholders with regards to known metrics? Why do 4ds believe after many years of support that keeping shareholders uninformed is ethical?

Will 4ds immediately change its strategy towards market and shareholder engagement to drive value? If not, why not? If so, how so?

Can the board elaborate on the expected potential market share of the product now, or explain on how the sales incentive numbers were established?

When will you actually deliver and stop leading investors down the garden path....
