the metrics are 100% of our value.

without knowing the metrics, we cannot know how to value 4DS.

the directors have now unfortunately proven beyond any shadow of a doubt that their words are cheap and meaningless.

only facts and performance metrics can redeem 4DS.

and even if it is truly a disruptor, it may take a year or two of 4DS licensing the technology to prove it in market applications before any $B+ acquisition.
