So did they only discover there was no market after telling all at the AGM that this is sellable now, and they had much unsolicited interest, or was it after they made it the 2021 goal for a mB chip and/or corporate transaction.

My reading is no defined market. Meaning we don't know what specs to build to. Meaning hgst either have no idea what they want from scm, or have seen what 4ds can offer and are not interested.

Perhaps hgst said well we got our agreement. Give it one more crack, if you somehow produce something spectacular then let's talk. If not, we done.
