4DS - Anything but Charting, page-19500

This article was already in the previous constitution. Nothing new.
Almost every listed company have it to avoid partial takeover without shareholders agreement.

The Act says that this must be renewed every three years. Not a 4DS decision.

What worries me is that we can't see the complete new constitution... and the new Top 20.
In fact, we can see those documents but we have to ask and pay (for the share registry).

This veil of secrecy is what makes me think that there is more to come.

And it also add some credibility to the idea that the last (almost suicidal) announcement was written with the intention to shake the bee hive.

We will know some day.
