purchasing this now in the current circumstances just to get a potential cgt discount is an extremely poor investment strategy! The pending CR will bring this down to low 5s or worse. If a takeover does occur sometime in the future, it's likely that this won't involve a cgt event, you'll just have shares in a new company! Time on the sidelines is the play here. I sold out at 80c FYI. DYOR
