i completely agree...

this is why taking time to refine the product and "tune" the metrics is an obvious / important step in the long game.

imagine releasing todays figures - lets say the market is not liking them (more than not understanding them in an un-established market). They then turn around and start looking for an alternate. We get an opportunity to tweak and re-test the with our joint development partners, and create a more refined, market-friendly product.

It makes sense to me - there's logic in there somewhere... But agree they could sharpen up their writing skills to better explain that
