Those types of volumes with no annoucements from major shareholder changes) would seem to indicate the day traders running their bots got sick of not running their algorithms to manipulate and make their daily gains... They lose the opportunity for their ups/downs, so the bailed out. Watch them buy back in to manipulate on the way back up.

Add to that it the clearly itchy footed HC audience who had talked themselves out of the stock before the announcement even dropped.
