I agree with there being manipulation going on, but i disagree with management intentionally causing it. Thats a pretty libelous / defamatory accusation. Market manipulation by bots and day-traders happens all over the place. It would be juvenile to think 4DS is somehow immune from this.

I totally get what trying say, with regard to company's best Fiduciary interest. But the ASX have clear rules/law on disclosure, Would you withhold information on your tax obligations, because its in the best interest of your situation, Possibly not because it's just against the rules/law. Doubt they have any metrics regarding future development. but they do historical metrics of the road so far travelled. Not having a shot at you at all. Biteme
