Exactly Jock this is what I say as well. This is not a mistake they knew exactly how this would be taken and they worded it to get the desired effect which was to dramatically lower the share price to allow for a CR at a much lower share price given the the new risk profile which now puts the company in the highly speculative range with not a lot of upside as they have the same technical team that has repeatedly failed to deliver at the helm. Whats that old saying 'losers keep losing', that is a perfect description of 4DS year after year of saying they will deliver the 1-megabit chip

What the Ann basically says in lay terms:
We have no idea what the performance level of our chip will be at the end of the day as we have nothing working yet, when we do get it to work and can see what its performance levels are, there may or may not be a market for it. Never fear though now that we have been doing this for 6 years we decided to put in proper testing of the chip so we will be able to tell if it is not working in the future.

You can see from the above that they actually did a pretty good job of dressing the sows ear as best they could.
