legal is out of the question now at these prices, all it will do is wind u the company and we will never know if the tech can go on to be the deal breaker it is not is it? it darn well is!! its delayed thats it, the bod are still here, imec are here WD are here. but for my two bobs worth Mc Auliffe is not worth keeping , I hold that ann the reason why more than 50% of my money went down the drain, if he wrote it or approved he is responsible, if he wrote the last anns or arroved them where the etch issue was ID and fixable with no delays? thats flat out lying to SH AND THE MAN SHOUKD BE SACKED and sent packing without his performace shares and options cause from here looking in he aint earned em.
