    Maybe that's why we were in suspension.

    it started out as a "technical update" for negotiation with imec about new testing.

    it turned into a long suspension because they were working through the royalty.

    going from uncapped to capped is absolutely prejuducial to the share price...

    this is clearly why this technical update, unlike other technical updates, had a long suspension.
