On the one hand, 4ds come out with a shocking announcement, sending the share price into freefall.
On the other hand they are taking measures to stop a take over.
So why would they worry about a take over if this is a total disaster ? as some here have mentioned.
IMHO, this IP is worth something, how much is anyone's guess. The IP maybe doing things in testing that they did not anticipate, to the upside.
Maybe its become even more adaptive and more flexible for different applications. Maybe its so good in certain area's that they have not got the right equipment to measure it yet.
As for letting every one know what they really have. This can not happen with what they are doing, and anyone that complains about that should not have invested in 4ds in the first place, this was well know that we will really never know the metrics of what we got.
Just remember that the JD and the rest of them have an agender, and guess what that is?
That is to get the best price for the IP as they can, and in the end that will benefits all of us shareholders.
