I just finished watching the video, I CANNOT believe that we were not made aware of this information earlier. There was (understandably) so much conjecture about what happened and what lies ahead in the future. It of course is still not a done deal but they're already answering so many of the pertinent questions! Might need to revisit the list of questions for the AGM in light of this (or add one saying 'why in God's name have you not shared some of this info with us earlier?').
