4DS had their 16kb chip working with their own selector prior to entering imec. Guido says imec reckon they haven't seen anything as good. You'd have to think that ramping it up successfully to a full megabit array is more probable than not. & They seem to be doing it , with a plan for 6 months. It's taken a while longer than expected , and it might take longer than the six months but thank F the light at the end of the tunnel is near - and it's unlikely a freight train. But in saying that, a lot of good points of concern have been made this past fortnight.
