Am I right in saying (as I'm not FA 4DS)

If so.
If there's anything to rescue ... he will know/be a White Knight, or syndicate of same, who can easily fund to 25% (that figure again!) and rescue the damsel in distress, and get a bargain if there's one to be had while doing the courageous act.
TA wise - sure looking like a Dead Cat Bounce that has just failed now as the sale of 3m close to close yesterday just evaporated all support.
The need for definitive funding news is greatest right now I believe.
