Recent events indicate the good Doc at least knows how to explain the high level technicals coherently.
Knows how to tell the tale behind the trading halt fiasco & spin out a plausible way to rescue & refocus.
I'm not so sure on the constant looking up & to the right whilst formulating his thoughts, perhaps an ESL thing? Whatever, it was a shed load better that dumb struck Dave's "just sit in the corner & shut up" job.
