Hey Guv, I believe it was one of the sale points of the now defunct spin technologies (though it may have been another hopeful) that they had found a cure for “row hammer” as well as increasing DRAM density..
Along with improving density on MRAM & RERAM… the fact they folded so close to the starting barrier of the big race was always a curious one, perhaps we may see evidence of their work turn up elsewhere?
