Exact timings on the short loop have not been communicated.
Completion will suddenly be announced and I speculate between March/April 2022.

In early Q1 2022, 4DS/imec while working on the short loop will start on the platform lots before they have the results on the short loop, imec will then put the platform lots on-hold to digest the results of the short loop and then continue the platform lots to develop the megabit memory array.

Basically Dr WvdH mentioned the megabit array will come out in July 2022 (This is where we could expect a mega re-rate).

Interestingly Dr WvdH also mentioned in the vAGM that they are in discussions with imec to use their test capabilities for the "platform lots" (I guess this is to speed things up and remove any need for shipping to the US).

Remember folks, 4DS with imec are working on to resolve the identified design flaw (resolvable issue) related to the dummy structures and not the memory cell (again not the memory cell). This is what Dr WvdH mentioned in the vAGM.
