Surely short loop would have to be done and dusted by now if they are to complete by July. My question is wouldn't there be a legal obligation good or bad to advise SH's of outcome. This is not something that can be justified with holding due to a NDA of any kind as there does not need to be any technical information in the ann simply a yes or no. Although there appears to be plenty of enthusiasm here for what's coming it seems to me to be a bit of a repeat of the deafly silence preceding the last clanger moment from 4DS which I still feel that bod did not live up to there legal obligations in regards to an informed market. I hope this is unfounded but either way I feel the bod need to re read their legal obligations to share holders. you can get away with arrogance if it all turns out all right in the end. "If". They may want to check that their indemnity insurance is in order otherwise.
