Ok, so no wonder a sale up front is what 4DS wants then, if you don't want to spend more years in development. Other wise you would have to license the crap out it if possible over time and then try sell off the IP later. Not sure they have that sort of time to spare hence a sale is preferred. Is a SPAC doable or also to long and involved.
