Only because significant progress has been made by the company since the SBP was published and yet Kens compensation is tied materially to these same tiers. 2) To Ken: What made you come out of retirement to lead 4DS? Did you see something special in the technology or were you just over golf? 3) Can you please explain how you go from near Dram speed, increase cell speed by an order of magnitude and then remain still near Dram speed? 4) Can you please confirm that the fully crystalline PCMO cells still have a material power consumption saving vs DRAM? In the past we have been told power consumption is orders of magnitude lower and does it remain so for users making resource allocation decisions? 5) Can you please confirm that memory read cycles do not exhaust the endurance of 4DS reram cells? And that similar to other memory, that write cycles are more important in determining the overall maximum endurance the memory offers?
