I believe your on the money, recent price actions and what you have highlighted represents a sophisticated accumulator. This person or entity are tactically executing their buys by knocking out little to minor league traders. Would be interesting if this accumulator makes themselves known (via top 20) or they conceal their identity under multiple accounts.

I am guessing we have folks in the US that understand the semiconductor industry and DRAM buying up what they can.

Dr WvdH and Ken Hurley are very well known in the semiconductor industry. This alone gives 4DS Memory major credibility.
