Hey mate, yeah its a double edged sword to renew or not. Khoutam had a good handle on what may come of that situation. A renew would be because there is significant interest from WD. Non renewal would be because 4DS see better opportunity not being tied up in NDA's & JDA's Again they have significant interest from other entities, Doc & Ken would have any scenarios and outcome covered for best interests of all. Having said that traders who don't know the how things are evolving at present could panic at a non renewal thinking WD has walked, which would be a big mistake on there own behalf. Will be important how this type of news is disseminated to share holders.
