There are 1 561 175 442 shares (taking into account the 30 millions options granted to KH, there are more than 110 millions options).
A 350 millions USD sell means 0,297 AUD/Share at current AUD/USD exchange rate, not 0,40.
Options number is starting to bite.
Would be nice if they can cancel the 30 millions options expiring in october and replaced them by a share of the sell bonus pool.
30% of the bonus pool is still to be assigned to remaining employees.
Imo, a share of the sell bonus poll is preferable to options that have to be exercised. This share should equal to the number of options anyone hold, less exercise price.
Depending on the final 4DS price, the sell bonus pool could possibly cover all options granted or only the october 2022 options ( 30 millions).
I'll try to calculate this.
