The last "Research" Report I read from these guys relied purely on the same info as Hash, i.e. looking at typical and historical semiconductor IP transactions.
4DS is far from typical and is likely to write its own history.
The current sp is more symptomatic of once bitten, twice shy shareholders as well as traders looking for a few pips and completely ignorant to what they are holding.
