If 4DS can fab DRAM speed memory that uses 10% of the energy of DRAM, has the retention and endurance to have it last 10 years at typical duty cycles, why talk down the price?

Be conservative and say it's "near DRAM cost" too. The value proposition from reduced energy demand and all the reduced engineering required to deal with that waste heat is compelling enough at that price point. You're not taking down the price at which you can sell it, clearly DRAM is still making the fabs stacks of cash at that price point.

Then the acquirer has an opportunity to achieve reductions in cost by refining and improving the fan process.
