Time will tell how well WBT does at 130nm against other emerging ReRAMs. Personally i think they have more interesting things at 28nm and lower.
Fact is no one is excited by the 130nm geometry.
Most the success will come down to how good the performance v cost to produce is, given nand is sub 20 cents per gig.
The performance needs to justify the extra cost to produce.
Same with 4DS.
Same with MRAMs.
Same with the other ReRAMs.
Same with Optane... and this is currently stalling
