Just thought I'd give a scientific example of why I believe we are all closer to the end
game than we think. My luck is changing for the better, I just found out today my
neighbors after 8 years are moving and taking their noisy dog with them.
So if you want more proof than that I cannot think of any, as for the final buy out price
it will be high without a doubt.
