That's why I hope that the next step will be a merger or a JV with a company that have a complementary technology (a good selector ?)

Can't see 4DS going for the final takover just like it is.


A good PL3 will allow some form of association with an entity willing to take the technology to another level.

We will cease to be a pure research company with all implied risks.

Imo, that's the most reasonnable way to go for the next few years.

Even if a big CR is needed to allow our new partner in.


OK, that's pure speculation at this stage.

But I am convinced that the best way to extract value from our technology in the short term, is to use it to build a good patnership.that will open a new futur for the company.

The share price will follow.

Another path will be to end the 4ds story and to sell the IP to some 500 million dollar company, for 300 million USD paid in shares.

The story will continue in a new form, and the present board will be well rewarded, through the Sale Bonus Pool (+ big options package), just for making this transition possible.

PS - How does those pesky 15 million options at at 0,10 fits in that scenario ? Or in any scenario ?
