SUMMARY OF SALIENT POINTS
4DS is involved in Research and Design (R&D), of a revolutionary and universal Memory Chip, only, since 2007.
It has been experiencing many challenges, and has overcome them all, EXCEPT a few most recent technical issues relating to its metrics.
The CEO has given the undertaking to announce the test results for the performance metrics in July 2022. No specific date was given.
4DS's vision is to provide the cutting edge technology, that is second to non in its performance metrics, namely:
1. Speed (Read & Write);
2. Retention
3. Endurance
4. Geometry
The current
4DS has all the right metrics to satisfy the new changing phase, accommodating the global market demand of $75.45 billion USD, annually. This figure will continue to get higher as per Memory Chips Global Market Report.

Big players in the market, e.g. Samsung, Intel and Western Digital cannot afford to not get hold of this technology.
Whoever owns the right to MASS PRODUCE, will monopolise the industry.
4DS does not have the infra-structure to mass produce. Hence, it is hoping that one of the key players will buy out the company - AKA Acquisition.
There appears to be no literatures or official documents relating to the expected buying out figures.
There are several convincing and compelling speculations that the share price (SP) will be around $4 per share (40x at the time of writing).
There are several ways to draw such an inference. One of the suggested ways, is to work out the share value by averaging the total annualised global demand by the total number of shares issued by 4DS (Approx 1.5B).
Several reliable and well-respected commentators in the community have suggested that the CEO, Ken Hurley is asking or pushing for $11-$12 per share. Honestly, I cannot find any official and reliable source to support this contention.
Implications could be drawn from Ken Hurley's media interview, that the SP could expect to be very high up, upon acquisition.
There is a 10% spike in SP today, 18/07/2022, even though there is no news release, yet.
A couple of possible explanations:
1. The SP's were moved up by the FOMO people: Fear of Missing Out
2. Inside traders - knowing that there are positive pending results for the metrics. This speculation is unfounded and detrimental and should not and must not be accepted.
NEW ANNOUNCEMENT COULD BE WITHIN DAYS.
There could be a possible Trading Halt, if the results are positive, making the prototype more attractive and marketable to the potential buyer.
Lastly, one salient characteristic to be proud of 4DS is that it has ONE MAGNITUDE faster than DRAM, the existing technology.
The SPEED of processing is to the POWER OF 10 FASTER.
