Personally, I have no faith we won't get another repeat ann like we've had for the last years.. I have no faith there's not going to be another PL with a CR to go with it.
I've sold out, break even. I've decided a partial real-estate investment is a better move for my money as an investment opportunity has arisen.
In the current market, I believe a tangible investment is much more stable than chasing pipe-dreams.
