    Risky business running pl4 with only 5mill left. PL4 failure would be goodnight.

    less risky option would be to announce results of rca. Announce the strategic plan. Maybe some tech specs.
    get shareholder confidence back and do a CR. Ensure there is enough money in the kitty for two more platform lots minimim.
