So, as far back as 2010/2011.. It was built in Singapore by Desu & Dong Min Chen when Micron was sniffing around.. 16 kilobyte ? with demonstrated metrics and scalable to 5-10nm but it was amorphous pcmo & not fully crystalline.

Desu had the patent on the amorphous pcmo & this is tweaking my curiosity because I couldn't easily find ref linking 4ds with a fully crystalline patent. Can anyone tell me otherwise?

So therefore would the sudden shift to fully crystalline pcmo be because of Desu leaving & the subsequent possible withdrawing of rights or as a req to go very small nm? Amorphous seems not to support next gen architecture scaling and use of gaafet access devices..

The more reading and digging, the deeper the fragmented hole it seems. Questions abound and keep coming.
