US gov, by placing a ban on sharing 3nm tech with anyone/entity associated with China would place the useage of any patent by a chinese national in jeopardy one might think..

Would That put Dong min Chen & his patents in the spotlight along with Samsung involvement..Despite the US being seemingly friendly with Samsung on May 1 when the 3nm tech was first announced.

With no word on IP of late, and in light of recent events, could it have just walked out the door ?
