4DS Memory have never shared metrics and if your referring to the data from 2013 then according to Dr WvdH they are meaningless / not relevant to what is being done at imec.
Folks here have deliberated and what I have previously posted would be a best guess.
With regards to retention, it’s clear that 4DS are keeping the data under lock and key like everything characteristics. The upper limits you referenced were attributed to the Additional “Non-Platform Lots” back in June 2020 and the new industry grade test equipment were purchased to test Platform Lots.
