4DS - Anything but Charting, page-25196

Just a what " IF " scenario ... whether the root cause/failure was to fall essentially at the feet of IMEC ?? ( Just hypothetically speaking)......... I for one just can't understand how imec mightened not have done any progressive checking type testing along the way and discovered the problem during the manufacturing run of the whole lot ....( I wonder how many units a " Batch " actually is ) ........ is it possible that additional costs would have had to been paid by 4DS to imec for such a optional service/s ............

Ohhhhhh just so many questions and answers need to be Fully Disclosed whether good or bad by the Co in it's fiduciary duty to keep S/holders well informed and advised.
