you knew the intention was to implement ram cells in imecs megabit array - why werent cells tested at the specific geometry and density for a megabit array?
-- This is something that i assumed they were doing, but as it turns out they didnt, they even refer to their "Test cells" in this current lot as working fine (the test cells are bigger)
it feels like a complete lack of competence to me
