The patents are essentially worthless as the product requires ongoing development and there is no guarantee that it will work at the end of the day although in this case it may work out as the good doctor I believe was a large part of the reason it failed, a general lack of technical competence. Better off investing in newer more cutting edge technology rather than giving these guys yet another chance to squander money, plus it is far easier too spin a story and get SP spikes as this stock was a traders dream it was never about finishing the product it was about creating wild swings to make money from.
