I don't like to work on "blind guesses." Even if I chuck a chip on black at the roulette table I know the odds are a frag under 50% of me winning.

In engineering, the thing I love to have my grads come to me with is problems AND potential solutions. Not just, "I have a problem out here." For one, it saves me some work, secondly it shows me the person on the ground is using their brain.

4DS have told us there is a problem, yet they don't have a solution yet, because they have to spend more time identifying the problem via root cause analysis.

There's no proposed work program, no idea if the process window will still be relevant. no indication of how long and how much all of this will cost.

They have the best minds and resources available at Stanford in their corner, which is a plus. The need for the tech and the promise that RERAM holds is compelling - the market is crying out for a solution that RERAM could meet.
