    The partners and 4DS are showing little interest in progressing any time soon . 4ds it seems will languish in its present diminished state till these development forces take their hands out of their pockets. The NDA is a lead weight in the saddle bags .What use a secret based strategy for an idea that is value diminishing to a point of no return? Some lucky entity , but not the share holders ,will pick it up and make a fortune some time in the future .
