    Fab cycle time to manufacture a 5nm node is 100 days.

    Fab cycle time to manufacture the second platform lot was 145 days (That is when 4DS announced smallest geometries supported on imec megabit array).

    4DS Memory was over by 45 days to manufacture 5nm node. With that being said 4DS achieving 5nm resolution is a safe guess.
    Oh, might even be 3nm due to the extra 45 days, but will stick with the 5nm as best guess.
