The NDA is for the commercial protection of 4DS and partners. Whats the big secret they have patient protection? Bad luck for the investors who were fed a trumped up diet of enthusiasm and half truths. I expect there is some hidden value in this scrambled egg but I dont expect they will be willing to share. They will to me be greedy conniving bastards until they demonstrate otherwise.
