I do not know how long you have been involved with 4DS or how much you know in regards to the technology but I can assure you that they would not be buying a $300k - $400k test rig for testing sub 10nm chips or cells. I remember them saying that they spent around 2mil on a test rig and that to me at that time raised alarms as that would have been way to cheap as this sort of equipment is very complex and in turn very expensive to procure. It is not something that is off the shelf so to speak.IF we are under a true NDA with WD/HGST then I would say that there would have to be some form of contract and as such some form of financial input from both parties.

They did and it was , commerically available testing equipment. and they spent 500k. geeze, they are not testing scale mate. what were they hoping to test? altogether now! not that hard. honestly.
